Our Firm

Fiduciary

As an advisory fiduciary and per industry regulation, I am required to act in the best interest of my clients. Furthermore, I must adhere to the following standards of conduct: provide transparency on portfolios and investments and never create products to sell. It's very important to understand exactly how you pay your advisor. Most independent advisors charge a flat fee or a percentage based on the assets they manage for you. This straightforward system is easy to understand, is fully disclosed to you in writing, and provides additional incentive for me to grow your assets. By being compensated based on a percentage of your assets, we are tied together financially. My income rises and falls based on your account balance!

As an Investment Advisor Representative, I am held to the highest standard of care. Under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, registered investment advisors must ensure that each investment recommendation is based on your best interest. In the event that a conflict of interest should arise, I'm required to let you know. Additionally, a written code of ethics governs my actions and fully discloses how I'm compensated.

Responsibility. Independence. Gratitude.

How can your children inherit these attributes with your wealth? Most wealthy parents hope their children will inherit their values, not just their money. But values often go unspoken. I help families have conversations about wealth and values to prepare children to lead responsible lives.
